Marc Almodovar, Founder & President
Marc Almodovar is a community builder, social media influencer, and life coach, who since being diagnosed at age 16 with ADHD, has been working to be an advocate for a holistic treatment of ADHD, especially in men.
At 23 after becoming a certified life coach, he saw a need for a space for men with ADHD to have a space that they could be vulnerable in, and he created the Men's ADHD Support on Facebook in 2019. Since then it has become the largest Men's ADHD Support Groups on the platform.
This has grown from being a simple peer to peer social media group, to now being a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is dedicated to changing the narrative about what it means to be a man with ADHD. Not only that, but to also challenge the status quo of the stigma around ADHD entirely, regardless of who you are.
Due to his work in ADHD, he has been featured in Forbes, on podcasts such as I have ADHD, ADHD Essentials, and Faster Than Normal, among many major outlets.
He is a dynamic public speaker, an inspired leader, and he has dedicated his life to changing the mindset of people everywhere about what it means to be a man with ADHD and ending the stigma around mental healthcare in men.
