Inspire

Through our private online groups to in-person community chapters, we are here to inspire a change in Men's ADHD support and build communities across the world.

We want to show people that there is more to having ADHD than the disabling aspects of it. And yes, there are disabilities that come from having ADHD. However, there are strengths within living with ADHD that can be unlocked through working with a psychiatrist, through therapy, and lifestyle changes. Teaching men how to discover these strengths and how to apply them to their lives will be integral to our mission.

Educate

We want to provide Psychiatrists, Therapists, Coaches, and other experts in their fields of mental health to share fact-based, scientific understandings of what it means to have ADHD. We also want to encourage men who feel the need to fulfill their spiritual needs to incorporate this into their management. As men, we need to recognize that we need to change our mindset about our physical, mental, and spiritual needs and how important they are in managing ADHD. This information is also important for the loved ones around them and businesses who employ them. Our education will also include these groups to help further support men with ADHD.

Empower

The more people understand ADHD, the more able they are to manage it.

It’s more than just taking medication; it’s more than just seeing a therapist; it’s more than just coaching. When it comes to managing ADHD, there has to be an entire change in a person’s life. This doesn’t mean changing who we are, but instead learning to accept who we are and how to thrive as we authentically are.

By changing this fundamental aspect of their lives, we will empower men with ADHD to achieve the success they need and live their lives with the respect that they deserve.
